Description
CapitaGreen is a 40-storey Grade A office tower located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD, near the Raffles Place MRT interchange station and Telok Ayer MRT station. The tower was designed by Pritzker Prize winner Toyo Ito. CapitaGreen’s environmentally sustainable and inclusive design has garnered numerous local and international awards, including BCA’s Green Mark Platinum and Universal Design Mark Platinum awards.

Integrated with cafes and restaurant within the building. Sky gardens on levels 14,26 and 40 provides pockets of breakout space.
Green Features
Double skin façade and greenery on 55% of the perimeter of the office building maximises natural lighting and reduces heat gain.
Cool Void – Petal-like structure at the crown of the building draws in cooler air at height of 242 metres. This leads to less energy required to cool the air and more savings.
